Kusumgar is a vertically integrated “Total Textile Solution Provider” specializing in engineered fabrics and integrated solutions for aerospace and defence applications. With a production capacity of approximately 5 million linear meters per month across three manufacturing facilities, its capabilities span yarn processing, weaving, finishing, coating, lamination, fabrication, and customized product development.
With a 10D–1000D denier range and expertise in monofilament and multifilament yarns, Kusumgar works with Nylon 6, Nylon 66, polyester, and polyurethane-based technologies to develop over 1,000 fabric configurations.
Its Aerospace & Defence Fabrics portfolio includes parachute fabrics, tactical clothing and equipment, 2D and 3D camouflage nets, multi-spectral camouflage, ghillie suits, and decoy applications, engineered for strength, durability, weight efficiency, protection, and signature management.
Its Aerospace & Defence Solutions encompass Aerial Systems, Stealth Systems, and Rapid Deployment Systems, including cargo drop, tactical assault, high-altitude, drogue, recovery, and space module parachutes; multi-spectral camouflage and ghillie suits; and inflatable decoys and shelters.
Supported by AS9100D and ISO 9001 certifications and in-house NABL-accredited laboratories, Kusumgar delivers integrated aerospace and defence capabilities from engineered fabric development to finished solutions.
