WE DEVELOP AND MANUFACTURE MEANS OF RADIO ELECTRONIC WARFARE AND INTELLIGENCE. Our mission is to protect people’s lives. We test our equipment at the frontline together with the military. The quality of our products is confirmed by their government certification, codification according to NATO standards, and production contracts from the Ministry of Defense.
The company has its own production facilities and warehouses with a total area of more than 21,000 square meters and is located on 3 hectares of land. Every month KIEVGUMA LLC develops more than 30 new various products and recipes that can be used in various industry branches: construction, agriculture, household, etc. The production facilities allow to produce up to 1 thousand tons of profiles and more than 2 thousand tons of molded products per year. Molded products are produced using molds by the method of direct pressing or by casting the material into a mold.
We use more than 40 different types of presses: “compression”, “vacuum”, “casting”. The production section of our enterprise independently manufactures molds and dies of any complexity and configuration according to the customer’s technical parameters. The Drawing and Engineer Department employs highly qualified specialists who develop equipment and 3D models of any complexity.
There is the Laboratory for physical-mechanical and chemical-analytical testing of materials and products at our enterprise. The Laboratory is accredited by the National Agency of Ukraine for competence, in accordance with the requirements of DSTU ISO/IEC 17025:2006 (ISO/IEC 17025:2005).
Tests are carried out at all stages of production, from rubber compounds to the finished products. The laboratory is equipped with the necessary equipment, measuring devices and qualified personnel. To satisfy the needs and requirements of the customer, laboratory specialists can develop the necessary rubber compound that the finished product meets all the parameters (hardness, relative elongation, strength, wear resistance, ozone resistance, frost resistance, etc).
